DOHC launches new Patient Portal

Desert Oasis Healthcare has launched a new Patient Portal with partner NextGen.

The new Patient Portal makes it easier for patients to manage their healthcare online. Patients will be able to view upcoming appointments and health records, such as lab results and visit summaries, as well as request medication refills and message their doctor or care team.

The Patient Portal is available to all DOHC members and they will be automatically enrolled to sign up. Members will receive an email with a link to create an account to access the portal. If a member has not received an email to sign up, they can contact their primary care provider and request a link to be sent to their preferred email.

To access the Patient Portal after creating an account, log into www.MyDOHC.com and click on Patient Portal. For help logging in or using the portal, call 844-4-MY-PORT (844-469-7678). For further assistance, contact DOHC’s Customer Service.
