Panel discussion participants will speak about preventive care, holistic practices, essential services available in the Coachella Valley, and more. They will also talk about and answer questions regarding the importance of women taking responsibility for their whole health.
“As a healthcare company that has always had plenty of women leaders, we appreciate how Women Leaders Forum is not only benefiting current leaders but also helping to train future leaders,” said Marc Hoffing, MD, MPH and Medical Director of Desert Oasis Healthcare. “That’s why we were pleased to award a $2,500 scholarship to Daniella Agras, who recently graduated La Quinta High after going through the Young Women Leaders program. We were pleased to give Daniella a tour of our Palm Springs facilities because she’s interested in becoming a Physician Assistant as she first heads off to UC-Riverside for an undergraduate degree in Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Biology.”
