Wellth

Wellth is a digital engagement platform that helps patients stay on track with their treatment plans. Patients check in daily by confirming medication adherence and can earn rewards for consistency. The platform also supports additional incentives, such as completing annual wellness visits, helping improve long-term health engagement.

Vivio by Ventric

Vivio is a non-invasive testing device designed to detect early-stage, asymptomatic heart failure (Stage B). The test combines vital sign monitoring with AI analysis to identify potential concerns that may otherwise go undetected. Results are paired with the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) to assess functional impact on daily living.
