You want to be smoke-free but you’re just not ready to take that final step. These introductory one-hour no-nagging, no-shaming, no-blaming educational tobacco classes are designed with you in mind. You will learn why it is so hard to give up nicotine. You will learn the skills to prepare you for when you are ready. You will learn how to “break your habit” before you even actually stop smoking and how to stay tobacco-free forever. Come to as many of these classes as you like (at least one time attendance is required for starting the cessation class series which is by invitation only, please speak with your instructor for more details).
