Esmaeil Sebti, MD

Dr. Esmaeil (“Essie”) Sebti is a board-certified neurologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology who believes that excellent neurological care requires understanding the patient as a whole, not just test results or imaging findings.

Dr. Sebti earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine, where his interest in neuroscience began. He completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, followed by four years of neurology residency training and an additional fellowship year in neurodiagnostic at the University of California, Irvine. He is actively involved in medical education and has taught neurology residents and medical students at the University of California, Riverside.

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sebti evaluates and treats a broad range of neurological conditions, providing comprehensive care for patients with both common and complex neurological complaints. He has practiced extensively throughout the Coachella Valley, including Yucca Valley and Palm Springs.

Dr. Sebti is committed to thoughtful, patient-centered care and helping patients understand their diagnoses so they can take an active role in their treatment. Outside of medicine, he is a long-time soccer enthusiast and serves as a referee with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO).
