About the Provider

“I love the variety that comes with being a family medicine doctor,” says Dr. Jorge Capó.

“I can serve children, as well as men and women of any age, to determine their health needs and work with them to reach their goals for improving their lives. Preventive care to achieve overall wellness is a primary aim with all my patients.”

First serving as a physician in his native Puerto Rico, Dr. Capó has also practiced medicine in both Virginia and California. Moving to the Coachella Valley in 2017, Dr. Capó loves exploring the surrounding area from desert floor to our striking mountains. He enjoys running several times a week, snowboarding the entire winter and driving with the top down to soak in the beautiful environment.

I make with my patients. I try to always practice humility and tolerance in order to learn more about the person I’m serving.”

“Puedo atender a niños, así como a hombres y mujeres de cualquier edad, para determinar

sus necesidades de salud y trabajar con ellos para alcanzar sus metas de mejorar sus vidas.

La atención preventiva para lograr el bienestar general de todos mis pacientes es mi

objetivo principal".

Primero sirvió como médico en su natal Puerto Rico, el Dr. Capó también ha practicado la

medicina en Virginia y California. Mudándose al Valle de Coachella en 2017, al Dr. Capó le

encanta explorar los alrededores desde el suelo del desierto hasta nuestras impresionantes

montañas. Le gusta correr varias veces a la semana, hacer snowboard durante todo el invierno

y conducir con la capota bajada para sumergirse en el hermoso ambiente.

“La tecnología médica continúa mejorando cada día y usarla para contribuir a mejorar la salud

de un paciente me da una gran satisfacción. Pero realmente se reduce a las conexiones que

establezco con mis pacientes. Siempre trato de practicar la humildad y la tolerancia para

aprender más sobre la persona a la que sirvo”.
