About the Provider
A love of animals often translates to a natural caring for our fellow human beings as well. That trait might be one of the reasons that Dr. Michael Jardula is so popular with his patients.
As a “gentleman farmer” whose property comfortably accommodates three horses, seven dogs, and a few chickens, he believes that really listening to his patients is essential to their care.
“I love making a difference in someone’s life and knowing that they leave a visit with me feeling a bit better than when they came in,” Dr. Jardula says. “If a patient trusts me, I like to feel that comes from me really getting to know them as more than just a set of symptoms and what I record in their chart. He or she is much more to me than just their medical history.” He feels that having a sick parent at an early age was an influencing factor in his decision to study medicine.
Dr. Jardula has been with his spouse for 35+ years. As dog show enthusiasts, they breed and show both Golden Retrievers and Papillons. You can bet any puppies they part with are sure to go to loving, caring homes.
They are also involved with a local horse rescue society and help to raise funds for its ongoing operation. When not tending to their many animals, Dr. Jardula enjoys gardening, travel, and classic cars.
